The Healthcare System in the United States is a complex and multi-tiered industry. We seek to encourage the development and adaptation of electronic medical records systems by providers and to facilitate seamless integration between a wide variety of electronic medical records software products and a diverse network of nation-wide billing companies. We encourage the adoption of an Open Architecture in the medical industry in an effort to bring medical technologies into the public eye for review and to promote trust between providers and the patients receiving care.

Synitech was founded in November of 2000, and incorporated in the second quarter of 2001. Synitech began as a bootstrap venture in a joint supervised effort to create customized, distributed three- tier and client- server Electronic Medical Records Systems.
