Terms and Conditions

1. The installed equipment on the agreement is on loan to the customer but shall at all times remain the property of the Princeton Water Agency. The customer agrees to purchase Princeton Water Agency products exclusively for use in such equipment.
2. The equipment shall be kept solely on the premises of the customer at the address listed on the customer's contract. The customer, as well as those that they permit to use the Princeton Water Agency's products, will use care and diligence in handing the equipment, will hold Princeton Water Cooler Agency, Princeton Student Agencies, and/or Princeton University free from the maintenance, use, operation, and/or consumption of products, and will return the equipment at the termination of this agreement in as good condition as when he or she received it.
3. All outstanding charges and equipment will be due at the termination of this loan agreement. Outstanding charges at the termination of this contract will be transferred to the student's school account.
4. Termination of this contract before February 1, 2002, will result in a $45.00 return fee.
5. Any additional deliveries requested beyond the normal delivery schedule will incur a $5.00 charge.
6. For jug delivery, the customer must use a cooler rented from the Princeton Water Agency.
