To charge this order to your credit card, please submit this form, and call 8-2255 ~ WATER to leave your name, credit card number, and card expiration date.

1. All equipment, including water coolers and 5-gallon jugs, shall remain the property of the Princeton Water Agency. The customer agrees to purchase exclusively Princeton Water Agency products for use in such equipment.
2. The equipment shall be kept on the premises of the customer at the address listed on the customer's contract. The customer, as well as those that he/she permits to use the Princeton Water Agency's products, will use care and diligence in handling the equipment. The customer will return the equipment at the termination of this agreement in as good condition as when he or she received it.
3. After each delivery, customers receiving 5-gallon jugs will receive an email confirming the number of jugs delivered to the customer and empty jugs picked up from the customer. If customer does not reply within one week of this email to report any discrepancies, these numbers will become official records and customer is liable for any fees incurred.
4. If the customer does not return the equipment in as good condition as when he/she received it, he/she will be billed for the damage. The customer will be billed $10.00 for each broken, unreturned, or otherwise unusable jug. The customer will be billed according to the severity of damage to the cooler unit.
5. All outstanding charges will be transferred to the customer's Princeton University Student Account.
6. Termination of contract for a water cooler rental before the end of the academic year will result in a $25 termination fee. No refunds will be issued for the cancellation of a water cooler rental.
