By taking Bartending 101, you will...
  • Learn the great art of "mixology", and receive certification for it.
  • Receive TIPS certification- a nationally recognized safety certification, required to serve alcohol at bars, restaurants, etc, in most states.
  • Have the opportunity to work for the Bartending Agency.
  • Have fun with your friends- what else do you have to do on a Friday night??!


The details
  • Bartending 101 is a five week course and will tentatively meet on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, from April 3-26. (Days dependent on sign up numbers)
  • There will be a short final exam the following week of classes, which you must take in order to both pass the course, and receive TIPS certification.
  • Classes are one hour, and dependent of sign up, will run at 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30.
  • You may request to be placed in the same class with up to 2 friends, and every effort will be made to accommodate these requests.
  • The total cost of the class (including TIPS certification) is $85. Taken anywhere else, and be sure to spend over $200!!
  • Cash and checks are preferred, but Credit Card payment is accepted.
  • Payment must be made before the first class, or enrollment will not be accepted.


Refund Policy
  • Full refunds will be made only to those who wish to drop the class before the first week.
  • A 50% refund will be made between the first and second weeks.
  • After the second week no refunds will be given.
